a) Vehicle availability
Usually, the regular yellow taxis participate in strikes. In such cases, we can offer you an upgrade to one of our black vehicles at the corresponding extra cost, or you may choose to cancel your booking.
b) Pick-up location
Due to demonstrations or road closures, our vehicles may not be able to reach your exact address (hotel or apartment). In this case, we will arrange the nearest possible pick-up point for you. If you agree, we will meet you there; otherwise, the booking can be canceled.
In both cases, the choice is entirely yours.
